How flexible are the sessions?
You can schedule the four sessions at times that work best for you throughout the month. Whether you want to spread them out weekly or bundle them closer together, the schedule is up to you. Sessions can also be rescheduled with at least 24 hours’ notice.
What if I don’t use all four sessions in a month?
Unused sessions don’t roll over to the next month, as this subscription is designed to encourage consistent, ongoing progress. However, you can maximize the value of each session by coming prepared with questions, challenges, or updates.
